Incredible gym – highly recommend!

I’ve been a member here for a few months now, and it’s honestly the best gym I’ve ever joined. The facility is always spotless, the equipment is modern and well-maintained, and there’s a wide variety of machines and weights so you never have to wait around. Whether you’re into weightlifting, cardio, or just want to stay active, this gym has it all.

What really stands out to me is the staff. They’re not only friendly but genuinely care about the members. I’ve asked for tips a few times and always got helpful, knowledgeable advice. The vibe here is super motivating — people are focused on their workouts, but it still feels welcoming and not intimidating at all.

There are also great amenities like clean locker rooms, showers, and even a smoothie bar, which is perfect after a tough workout. Plus, the music and lighting make the space feel energetic and upbeat.

I was very excited to try Gold's Gym here at Douglasdale. However, I didn't realize the number of hoops and obstacles involved in joining. I asked if I could work out for a day, but they no longer offer that. According to the staff, I need to be invited by a club member. I question that because what if people don't know anyone who's currently a member? They made it so cumbersome for someone who just wanted to try it out. In honesty, I wanted to try it for a day to see if I feel comfortable. The staff was friendly enough to give me a tour. But at the end of the day, I left dissatisfied because I wanted to try Gold's Gym, having heard so many great things about it.
