I’ve been coming to this gym for over a year now, and it’s been a great experience. The staff is amazing—especially Dallyn, who has always been super helpful and patient in answering all my questions. He’s very soft-spoken and professional.

The gym itself is still relatively new, always super clean, and packed with a wide variety of machines. It does get a bit busier in the evenings, but there’s never an issue finding parking, which is a big plus.

The only downside is the men’s steam room—it tends to need repairs often. But aside from that, this place is easily a 5-star gym!

I can’t say enough about this gym. This Is best for the best… The owner went above and beyond on this one. I drive all the way across the city to be able to Enjoy this facility Everything state-of-the-art top-of-the-line From water bed beds tanning studio equipped with the Best of the best equipment, Light to extremely heavyweight. And even the ambiance is something that is needed to be appreciated.

And the Homage to the original Venice Golds gym makes you feel like your part of the past. And they many of them around to find.

The only negative thing that makes the other Golds feel really rundown. but as in for this place, it’s absolutely amazing even if you really don’t live up here it’s worth the drive.

I’ve been training at this gym for the past few months, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The equipment is modern and well-maintained, with plenty of machines and free weights to go around — even during peak hours. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, I usually come in the morning with Katrina and Mak, the trainers genuinely care about helping members meet their fitness goals.
Still, if you're looking for a solid gym with a welcoming vibe and a strong sense of community, this is a great place to start or continue your fitness journey.

Got a free one day drop-in pass from Jeremy at the front desk who told me Gold’s was better than GoodLife which was my gym because it’s the closest one to my house. I didn’t believe him and long story short Gold’s is definitely better and Jeremy was right. Definitely worth coming here to check it out for yourself. Planning on switching to Gold’s as my gym for sure even though it’s an extra 10min drive. Thanks to Jeremy for being so cool and helpful.

Love this gym! It’s by far my favourite gym in this city. And I’m always thrilled to see Katrina at the desk, who’s been a great help since my first day walking in the gym! This location is always clean; rarely overcrowded when I go, and full of new equipment! 10/10 recommend
