I got my hair cut with Russel a couple weeks ago and was absolutely amazed at how great it turned out. I was looking for a new barber and came across this place but the name of the building doesn't match the name listed online. You're in the right place with this address though.

Russel takes his time and does not rush your haircut. He likes to make conversation and is very passionate. I will be returning and becoming a regular.

I just left the barbershop and I'm blown away! My hair was 'is on fire' - in the best way possible! The barber did an incredible job, transforming my look from a 40 year old wannabe lol???to a youthful appearance that matches my actual age. I'm obsessed with this haircut! The attention to detail, the pride taken in his work, and the welcoming environment all exceeded my expectations. I feel like a new person, and I can't stop loving my fresh look! 5 stars, hands down! Dope on the shoe restore … I came for a cleaning and he advised me about the restore and damn they look brand new (Crispy) … But i only gave a 4 star ? because we had a minor colour issue which he immediately solved.

Tried twice to give this place a try. First time was given the wrong hours of operation and no barber was available.

Second time, made an appointment, showed up and waited 45 minutes for the barber to be a no-show, therefore I walked out.

Why confirm an appointment. make me drive all the way here and wait for the barber to not even show up.

Although the lady was nice, there was no attempt on her end to reach out to the barber and she didn't seem to care.

Horrible professionalism in this day of age, will not return and have no desire to support this business.

Glad others had great experiences , but in this day of age, this is below standard customer service and unfortunately did not meet the mark for me
