I love the cuts I get from Margo! She is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, and I always leave Fresh Hair Design looking and feeling great. On my last visit I showed Margo a picture of a cut that I would like to have, and she was able to give me a similar style, suited to my hair! The salon itself is lovely and welcoming, just like Margo herself. I highly recommend this salon, especially for curly girls!!!

I’ve been going here for 4 years now and have never had anything less than an amazing experience and haircut. Margo is magical with hair (both when I straightened it and when I have it naturally curly)! She always listens to exactly what you want and I always leave happy with the hair cut. Definitely recommend!

The best curly hair hairdresser I’ve ever been to. She truly wants to give a cut that is personal to each persons capacity for maintenance, how they like to style, and how they’d like their hair to grow out. She doesn’t push unnecessarily expensive products that are junk for your hair, but instead coaches what ingredients to look for or to avoid in hair care. She shares what habits are good for healthy curly hair and truly wants her clients to have a hair style and routine that is sustainable for whatever your lifestyle is.

Margo has been my stylist for about 12 years now. Before I met Margo I used to pack a hat to absolutely every hair cut I went to. I always left the salon looking ridiculous. I have crazy curly hair, and I just couldn't find someone to properly deal with it.
A couple really fantastic things about Margo are that she really listens to what her client wants, but she's also totally honest about whether or not that cut will work for you. She'll tell you if it's going to need hours of work each day to look good, or if you will have to be back in her chair every 3 weeks to maintain it. She has a good eye, good instincts and so much skill.
I've sent friends of mine to see Margo. Both curly haired gals and those with straight hair have all been happy with her services.
Margo is also a fantastic colourist.
I look forward to my visits with Margo. It's a fun salon, with a great atmosphere, product selection, and most importantly I can leave my post hair cut hat at home! :)
