I needed a new hairstylist locally to Sherwood Park since we recently moved here. A few people recommend Frankie Salon. I liked the vibe of their website - I loved the quiz to see which stylist you match with based on personality & likes. I chose Tracey and had a fabulous appointment with her. The salon is spacious, bright with sunshine and clean. Tracey made me a yummy cappuccino and took her time discussing the haircut I wanted. The appointment was enjoyable as we DID have a lot of the same interests, so the conversation came easily (the website quiz worked). I will absolutely go back and highly recommend it.

I have been a client of Tess and Niela’s since 2011 and will be a forever client at Frankie Hair salon because of the level of service and atmosphere they offer.

I get specialty balayage and will never trust another salon to make my hair look as good as Niela and Tess do! I also have very thick hair and my stylists do a great job of texturing my hair to remove bulk. I leave the salon with a 10/10 stunning hairstyle every time!

Niela styled my bridesmaids and I’s hair for my wedding and did an amazing job. She can recreate any up-do you are looking for and nail it every-time!

In addition to amazing hairstyling, the overall experience at Frankie is unmatched! Tess and Niela have created a warm, welcoming and creative environment. I’ve participated it a content photoshoot for Frankie and can confirm this is a place where women lift up other women. The whole team at Frankie is so positive and fun!

Lastly, Frankie is the best place to stock up on all your hair product needs! I love the Oribe Hair Alchemy shampoo and conditioner and blowout heat styling spray are amazing and I use them daily. My hair is never dry, always silky soft despite getting balayage every 3 months!

Really enjoyed my experience with Frankie! First off, booking online was so easy (loved that I could select THICK hair as an option!). I booked a haircut with Sierra and she was fantastic and knowledgeable. Everyone working there seemed happy and the customer service was really lovely.

My experience at Frankie is always 10/10!! My stylist Micayla not only is an amazing human being, but a very talented hair artist. She always listens to my concerns and requests and helps me come up with the perfect plan for my hair! I can’t say enough good things about the environment, staff, and vibe at Frankie! The hard work they have put in to achieving such a curated environment is evident!?

I have seen Sierra for my hair for the past 7 years. She is always professional, friendly, and so kind. I have had my hair so many different ways over the years, and sometimes wear it naturally curly. I don’t come in often enough for colouring but she is so talented at colouring it in a way that it will still look nice as it grows out to work for my budget and lifestyle. I attached pictures of different ways I’ve had Sierra cut my hair and how I’ve styled the cuts, and also a formal occasion where she did the most effortless old Hollywood waves in my hair.
