Love coming to this spa. Staff are friendly and courteous. Facilities are clean, music in the room is very soothing. Been coming her for a few years and plan on returning. My facial with Kushi was one of the best I had. She was friendly, courteous and offered advice based on my skin issues. My skin was glowing after the treatment. My massage with Keisha was exactly what I needed to relive sciatica pain, neck and shoulder pain. She was very attentive, friendly and listened carefully for what I needed

I booked a 1-hour RMT massage with Krystle today, and even though I’ve been coming to 5 Senses Spa for years, this was my first time with her and wow… I honestly can’t explain how incredible the experience was. Her technique is so unique, and she managed to relieve tension and knots I’ve carried for years, things no one else has ever been able to help with. I suffer from chronic headaches and somehow, with just one session, she eased my migraine completely.

But beyond being an amazing RMT, Krystle is just such a warm, kind person. She’s so easy to talk to. I felt completely comfortable with her right away, like I could talk to her for hours. And she’s hilarious too, which made the session feel even more relaxing and enjoyable.

I’ve always loved 5 Senses Spa and have been a loyal client for a long time, and now I’ll definitely be booking with Krystle going forward.

First time visiting this Spa, getting the appointment was relatively easy, I just went online and booked. They sent periodic reminders which was awesome, especially for someone who may have a busy calendar. Upon arriving the staff were pretty courteous, my therapist was on time which was excellent. The service was great! The therapist did a good job, I was literally falling asleep. I will definitely be back since I had a positive first impression. I felt very relaxed and impressed with the overall experience. Hopefully I am able to make this my home wellness center.

Thank you for your reply and for explaining your policies regarding services for diabetic clients.

I absolutely understand the importance of extra caution when working with individuals who have diabetes, and I appreciate that your team prioritizes safety. However, the issue wasn’t so much the policy itself—it was the lack of communication about it beforehand. We booked this service expecting a more complete manicure and pedicure experience, especially since we’ve had similar services elsewhere that did include cuticle work with proper care.

Had we known in advance that the service would be limited in this way, we likely would have made a different choice or at least been better prepared for the outcome. When someone is gifting an experience to a loved one, clarity is key to managing expectations.

I do hope you'll consider making these limitations more explicit at the time of booking—not just on your website, but directly in your confirmation emails or over the phone when clients schedule services. That small change could really prevent situations like this in the future.

Unfortunately, this is the second time my mom has been disappointed with services at Five Senses. She is diabetic and currently undergoing chemotherapy, but that doesn’t mean she deserves to be treated with less care or attention—or to feel like she’s been ripped off.

While we appreciate the cleanliness of your location and understand the need for caution, this pedicure was extremely different from other diabetic pedicures she’s had elsewhere. Her nails were the main concern, and they were left largely unattended. The skin around her nails was very hard, and there’s no risk in carefully trimming that dead skin—there was no need to avoid it completely.

I also asked the receptionist at the front desk if any cuticle cutters or nail trimmers were used in any of the manicures offered at Five Senses, and she looked at me very blankly before saying no. That’s a pretty important detail, and it really should be clearly stated on your website and in-person before clients book a service—especially for those with specific medical needs.

Additionally, I’m fairly certain the technician assigned to my mom was not comfortable working with her needs, and mentioned she was only two weeks into the job. That lack of experience was evident.

We understand your policies, but a clearer explanation and a more compassionate approach would have made a significant difference.
