I’ve been training at the 5th Ave Club, and it’s honestly one of the best gyms I’ve experienced in Calgary. The location is super convenient, right in the heart of downtown, making it easy to pop in before or after work.

The gym is always spotless, with top-quality equipment that’s well-maintained, very spacious, never overcrowded, and a very peaceful space to do my yoga. The atmosphere feels exclusive yet friendly, with a professional vibe that keeps you motivated.

I also love the little touches like fresh towels, well-designed locker rooms, clean washrooms and the overall upscale feel of the place. It’s perfect for anyone who values a clean, calm, and efficient workout space.

Recommend the 5th Ave Club if you want a premium fitness experience in Calgary!

I’ve had a great experience at Fifth Avenue Club! The gym is always clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The equipment is high-quality and there's everything you need for both strength training and cardio. I also really appreciate the flexibility of the after-hours membership — it makes it easy to fit workouts into my busy schedule. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. Great place to work out with friendly and supportive staff. It has almost everything I need and is not very busy, so you don’t need to wait to use a device. I just wish the subscription was a little cheaper.

Good gym for several years now and while I would have rated it 5 stars in the previous years, recently there has been a very noticable influx of new members who don't respect the cleanliness of the gym. Every time I go now during the evening I notice weights not getting re-racked properly (5lb plate behind multiple 45lb plates or a mix stacked together) or not at all and certain members who don't wipe down the equipment after using it and leaving it sweaty, it is disgusting. Ocassionally I'm even starting to notice some of the machines being sticky when I go at night and I have to spend a considerable amount of time cleaning it before I can use it, it is ridiculous. Hope this gym can take more action and implement additional policies/awareness so everyone can enjoy the gym without having to deal with these issues. The signs they have tried putting up asking people to put away equipment clearly hasn't been working.
