Rod has been amazing for me. I have always been active but never strength trained before. 3 years ago when I was coming back from being really ill and losing all my muscle, Rod helped me physically and mentally recover and become stronger than I've ever been.
He's also helped me with some of my old sports injuries, and strength training has also helped me immensely in ball hockey.
Rod is very personable and knowledgeable and really cares about his clients. He's taught me a lot about nutrition, and listening and taking care of my body.
I highly recommend Rod, he's fantastic and really works with your needs and what you're looking to accomplish.

I first met Rod on a film set and have been fortunate to work with him a few times on various productions. I started to train with Rod after seeing him perform stunts for some of the shows we work on and wanting to be a stunt performer myself.

Rod is an excellent teacher, he is very knowledgeable and capable, and he also is highly respected in the film, martial arts, and personal training communities because of his extensive experience/capability and his professionalism. He is very good at tailoring a program to fit your specific needs and goals.

I would highly recommend Evolution Personal Training to get the results you want!

I've trained with Rod for a couple of months and he got me back on track. He is flexible, personable, very knowledgeable and genuinely caring. He knows when to push you hard and when to give you a break (even if it's a small one). The workouts are always fun and Rod ensures that you maintain proper form through all exercises. He freely offers tips on nutrition and executing the movements that isolate specific muscles, which really makes all the difference. My endurance, strength, and muscle definition have improved substantially thanks to Rod and I would highly recommend him.
