Tracey was absolutely amazing, my first experience with head spa was phenomenal. She was so calm and did a great massage while taking take of my hair very well. I recommend if you are looking for a Japanese head spa to definitely check this place out. & ask for Tracey because she's absolutely perfect at what she does.

Just had the most relaxing and restful experience of my life with Kelly. Got the 1hr herbal shampoo which included an amazing facial and shoulder massage. The products all smelled amazing - left feeling rejuvenated!

Thank you for your response. However, my main concern was not about the neck and shoulder massage. My disappointment stemmed from the Japanese ring treatment, which I barely felt or noticed. The core of a Japanese head spa experience is the use of the ring, and unfortunately, that aspect was not effectively delivered during my visit. While I appreciate your intention to improve, I hope you'll focus on ensuring that the Japanese ring treatment is properly administered to meet customer expectations.

I recently tried the Japanese head spa after seeing a promotion on Facebook, hoping for a relaxing experience similar to what I've had elsewhere. Unfortunately, this visit was a letdown. The massage felt somewhat uncomfortable and some techniques, like the knocking motions on my head , were unusual and gave me a headache after. I was also surprised when the shampoo was lathered onto my shoulder And near or above my chest area. While the massage is a good to have but the main reason I book this appointment is for the Japanese head spa which includes the use of the ring.

When I inquired about the Japanese ring, the technician became very defensive and even raised her voice, insisting that she had used it. When I told her in a professional manner that I was asking because I felt it was my right to know, especially since I didn't really notice it, and because I had certain expectations, she remained defensive. When she demonstrated it briefly, the pressure was very light. I understand the concern about water in the ear, but in previous experiences, ear protection was used to allow the ring to move freely, which enhanced the treatment.

My hair didn't feel silky smooth as it has after other Japanese head spa treatments I had in the past, and it was left tangled. Overall, the experience was more frustrating than relaxing. She keep saying how it is a promotion to be honest I would gladly pay more for a better experience if I just knew but it’s a good opportunity for people to try their service and come back to them in the future but because of this I will never use their services, I'm sharing this feedback constructively, as I believe with some adjustments, this location could offer a truly enjoyable head spa experience. And definitely I'm not seeking discounts as you would’ve comment on the other reviews, but I hope this feedback helps improve the service for future customers.

I will never recommend anyone going here for “head spa”. It was just horrible.

It was aggressive, her hands were very abrasive (no gloves worn), shampoo was sprayed everywhere including in my eyes, they used garnier and Johnson’s oil.

In an attempt to wash the shampoo that was thrown everywhere she drenched my face with water and her abrasive hand. Mascara everywhere.

The massage was in the same spots over and over- I have lines down my neck from where she kept rubbing over and over.

It was very uncomfortable as the “hair dry” portion was me sitting up but hunching over on the top of the wet bed with a hair dryer that smelt like burning.

Finally, with hair not dried fully, she dowsed my hair with oil and said all done.

I left with oily damp hair that smells like cheap oil.
