Went here last night. I loved that they are open late! It was very clean inside i got a manicure and pedicure they used all clean tools. They did a great job at cleaning up my cuticles. 2 people worked on me at the same time made me feel like a princess ?. Very friendly staff great customer service. Also great job painting my nails very perfectionist.

I had an amazing experience working with Lucy! She perfectly understood the design I wanted and brought it to life just as I had envisioned. I’ve gotten my nails done here a couple of times and it’s always a lovely experience. Lovely & warm staff and up for any challenging design you present them. Reasonably priced as well. I’ve gotten my nails done by Jenny and Tony- both were excellent. They follow great hygiene practices too as far as I’ve seen.

Love this salon and everyone in it! They always deliver what I ask for. They often will insist I get a fill instead of a new set (bc it’s cheaper and faster) which shows how headstrong and confident they are. I got my nails done today and (like every time) the manager came up to us, reassured and complimented not only his staff but the choices I made! They really make you feel attended to. If you’re looking for a consistently awesome, close knit bunch with a calm atmosphere this is the place! Just remember to book an appointment if you have a party larger then one, as they aren’t the most numerous; although they make up in numbers with authenticity and hard work.

I’ll start with the good:

Clean, great customer service, hospitality, etc. They also have an autoclave so you know their implements (tools) are sterilized properly.

Tracy and the one young Vietnamese girl who is about 18 years old, (I’m sorry I didn’t get your name), are excellent. Very good attention to details and their massages are so good.

The bad:

You definitely need to request for the technician of your choosing. As I mentioned above, I highly recommend one of those two ladies.
Unfortunately, my friend and I came in today and her pedicure was incredibly rushed, no attention to detail, sloppy, and even went as far as cutting her big toe twice. He was a young boy, no older than 18. He really, really needs more training. As an esthetician myself, the pedicure my friend got today was absolutely unacceptable.
In addition, I once requested Tracy a while back and did not have her as my technician upon sitting down in the pedicure chair. This was disappointing and felt like a careless mistake.

Please be more mindful, Famous Nails. I will keep returning because your prices are right, and for the other positive aforementioned reasons. But I will say, these kind of slip ups make a loyal customer debate about finding a new nail salon.
