Such a great gym with amazing energy! The coaches are amazing and the workouts are always challenging, but super fun... and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming!

If you have ever done circuit training and enjoyed it, I highly recommend joining. I'm not a gym person, but I found circuit training to be effective in getting me to the gym and getting back into shape. The trainers are outgoing and will correct you if you aren't doing the movement wrong. The age ranges and everyone is trying to improve strength, build or tone muscles, and weight loss. Regular gyms were intimidating as most people are in shape and the cost for a personal trainer is too expensive. It's $55.00 dollars a week, a bit more than gyms but so worth it! Come check it out, I guarantee you will enjoy the environment and the classes.

They really make you feel like family at F45 Shawnessy. Sandra and her team of coaches are just the most lovely people and really push you to your maximum potential.

There’s a DJ on the Saturday classes that really gets the weekend vibes going. The other members are always around to help you as well. Teamwork really makes the dream work at F45 Training Shawnessy???

Now I can’t believe I didn’t start sooner? it’s honestly so much fun! The trainers are incredibly sweet and passionate, which makes the experience even better. I’m really loving it here!

Joined F45 Shawnessy a couple of weeks ago and I absolutely love it! The energy, sense of community and encouragement from the coaches and the other attendees is so great. I already feel a difference in my fitness level and love the support from the coaches when it comes to modifying and ensuring I have correct form during the routines. I highly recommend to anyone looking to get fit and have fun in a very welcoming community!
