Evolve Strength Seton is hands down one of the best gyms I’ve ever stepped foot in.

The staff are incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and always willing to help—whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned lifter, they make you feel like part of the community from day one.

The equipment is top-notch and super well-maintained. Everything from powerlifting platforms to cable machines, turf space, squat racks, and specialty bars—you name it, they’ve got it. You can train for strength, hypertrophy, Olympic lifting, functional fitness, or even rehab/recovery work all in one facility.

There’s such a good energy in the gym. Whether you’re there to crush a solo workout or train with a coach, Evolve Seton
Bella is the best took me on the best tour of my life. Even did a back flip when signing up!

Awesome gym. Joined 2 weeks ago and really enjoy it. Great variety of equipment, large, very clean and staff is super friendly and helpful. Membership fees very reasonable and they also offer a veterans discount. Highly recommend!!

I LOVE this gym and I highly Recommend it to anyone who's looking. Not only is the staff amazing but the atmosphere there is reassuring.

Most gyms I walk into I feel judged because I'm not as advanced as some other people. But when I came to Evolve that was not the case. People were openly asking questions to anyone that they could. Not to mention how friendly everyone is! I've made a few friends along the way and they agree with me when I say that Evolve is the place to go if you want to feel comfortable and work out.

They also have very cool services at their gym that I recommend checking out! ♡

This place is great. The staff and trainers are terrific. The place is large and always clean. Sold me when I saw the platforms and the turf. Has a real athletic focus-boxes, bands, rollers, bells, Olympic lifts, rings, cages and whole separate wing for rehab options. If you are South Calgary and need an athletic gym away from home this place will make u feel right. It’s not “Golds” it’s not the “YMCA” this place has a purpose and concept and I am grateful for it.

Evolve Strength Seton has been an incredible place for my fitness journey. The facility is clean, spacious, and has all the equipment you could need, whether you're lifting, training, or just staying active. What makes it truly special, though, is the people. I want to give a special thank you to Arti and Terrill — both have been extremely helpful, friendly, and supportive every step of the way. Their professionalism and positive attitude make every visit enjoyable and motivating. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great environment and awesome team!
