This past Sunday I went wedding dress shopping and had the most wonderful time!! Such a welcoming space. I met Lori at the bridal expo in October, she was so extremely helpful and provided the best customer service! She helped me achieve my dream dress that I even got to take home that day!! I said “yes to the dress” and I got to ring a bell, have a piece of chocolate and a little glass of champagne. Thank you so much Lori!!!

I bought my wedding dress here in February 2025. The dress shopping experience was fine, unfortunately where I ran into issues was with the bustle that they added during alterations. The loop that they had sewn on to bustle the dress's train broke after taking 2-3 steps into my wedding reception. We had planned to do our first dance right away with an evening full of dancing later, which we couldn't do because my train was so long and getting in the way.

There was no fixing it with safety pins because the train was too long and heavy - we ended up needing to CUT the train off mid-reception with scissors from the venue staff just so I could dance at my own wedding.

I had high hopes for Ethos Bridal but this was very disappointing.

I would leave a zero if I could. When I bought my dress in January they had the seamstress come out and confirm it could be let out. They told me to book in May for the alterations. Called to book they said it was too early, told to call in June. Called in June and was told it was too early. Called again twice in July both times I was told it’s too early. Called end of July they tried to say it was too early. I stressed there is a lot of alterations. They agreed to book an appointment, however there was no longer weekend appointments. So I had to take time off to come from out of town.

When I arrived, the same seamstress that told me it could be let out said there was no way, then denied telling me it could be let out. Said it was the other seamstress (even though she is pictured pinning me).

Now there is not enough time to do the alterations needed and I have to starve myself so that I can fit in it. (PS I’m only a size 4 - not a lot of room for starving myself)
