Excellent service, great work and clean environment! They accommodated my appointment at the last minute and didn’t make it feel rushed. Hannah was amazing, detailed oriented, calm, patience and friendly, she did an amazing job! I have had manicure and pedicure done in many cities as well as countries, and never felt this relaxed, welcomed and satisfied. Thank you for your incredible service and amazing work, my family and I will be back regularly even if that means driving far:) I am so happy with the excellent service you given, thanks Hannah and your team!

Absolutely love Esther Nail Salon!
When it comes to pedicures, they always do such an amazing job. The leg and foot massage is so relaxing, and they’re super gentle throughout the whole process—it never feels rushed or rough. The atmosphere is calm, and everyone there is really sweet. Definitely one of my go-to spots when I need some self-care time!

Lana has been doing my nails for about 5 years now and recently moved to this salon. I was so happy when I found her here!! Her attention to detail, skill and patience with my requests never goes unappreciated. I was devastated when I found out she left her last salon. I have never had a better nail tech in my life and will always continue to come back to her.

This salon is very cute and clean and I was able to get an appointment booked pretty quickly. Very excited for Lana that she has found a nice place to work, everyone seems very friendly and I love that standard of service they have.

I’ve been here twice — the first time was about a month ago for acrylic removal, a new set, and a “design,” and today I just went for a fill and another “design.” I paid the exact same both times, which was kind of confusing since today I didn’t get a manicure, they didn’t clean under my nails or remove cuticles.

That said, if you’re looking for a quick service and you’re not too picky, it does the job. The place is fine overall, just don’t expect a super detailed experience

Came in and had Tracey do my hands. Full set shellac and was told after cutting my nails to length that these are extra long and would be charged extra for this.

I’ve gone here before and have never been charged “for extra long nails”. I would not consider these to be extra long. When asking about why this has changed another lady came over aggressively telling me this is new and I was already told this is a charge.

I politely told her I was inquiring if this is new as I have been here many times before.

The staff needs to work on their approach of customer service. They tend to be very snappy when asking about anything regarding services or pricing.

The lady Moon doing my pedicure was lovely and did a great job and unfortunately for her coworker this took away from that.

You never know what cost you’re going to get here and the quality of customer service.

Was definitely not worth the price.
After readying other reviews, I was shocked to read them berating the customers.

Not to mention I was there from 2:30pm-5:30pm for a set and pedicure I received both at the same time

As you can see by the response they take zero accountability. I suggest using this this as an opportunity to use as feedback in places to grow rather than blaming your customers who are giving you their hard earned money
