I had excellent massage sessions at Essence Wellness. My massage therapist, Lonely is amazing and did a great job all the times I’ve gone there. He is very understanding of requirements, the right amount of pressure to be used and gave special care to muscles which were tight. He is an easy going conversationalist which puts you at your comfort zone from the very beginning and he always makes sure you get the best service and ensures that you are comfortable at all times.
I would definitely recommend Lonely and Essence Wellness to anybody looking to loosen stress muscles and have a great massage experience.

Hands Down the Best Massage Therapist I’ve Ever Booked With!

I can’t recommend Lonely highly enough! From the moment I walked in, his calm and professional demeanor instantly put me at ease. He takes the time to listen to your concerns, assess your body’s needs, and tailor the session specifically to target tension, pain, or just to help you fully relax.

His technique is incredibly intuitive, he somehow always finds the exact spots that need attention without me having to say a word. Whether it’s deep tissue, sports recovery, or a relaxing therapeutic massage, he balances pressure perfectly and makes every session feel like a custom experience.

What truly sets him apart is the level of care and attention he brings to each appointment. He’s knowledgeable, respectful, and genuinely passionate about helping people feel their best. I always leave feeling lighter, looser, and recharged. I am not the type to talk through appointments as I usually want to just relax and be in the moment, but find myself talking his ear off each time I’ve come in.

This was my first time getting a massage, and I had a great experience. The 90 minutes flew by—I didn’t even realize the time was up! It was also my first time being treated by a male therapist (Lonely), and I felt completely respected and comfortable throughout. I had a bit of trouble keeping my head down in the face cradle for a long time, and when I asked if I could lie with my head to the side instead, Lonely was very understanding and accommodating. Overall, a really relaxing and professional experience. I’ll definitely be back!
