Got a haircut with Isabella.
Super nice, friendly and attention to detail for all my requests. If you are looking for a nice men's haircut with not your usual buzz cut and something stylish I would highly recommend her in Surrey.
And add on was a great scalp massage.

My usual aesthetician is on vacation, so I thought I'd try Eccotique for my Spring pedicure and lower leg wax (Gurpreet). I am an ambulatory power wheelchair user. The staff was friendly and inclusive, and the spa was clean, and accessible.

The pedicure is good.

The leg wax is NOT!
I feel stubble! I could have shaved closer than this and saved myself the whopping $45 (only $25 at my usual spa)?
Super disappointing! Won't be returning.

Went there for a lash lift and tint today. When the girl said “open your eyes now, you’re done”. My left eye was burning so bad I couldn’t even open it. The girl ended up washing my eye. Upon asking why this was happening as this wasn’t my first time doing the but it was my first time doing it at this spa, She said ‘ tint got into your eye’. Just like that, no apology, no admitting any fault ….nothing. It was as if my eye burning and tearing was an inconvenience for her. I went to this place thinking this is spa and I’m going to enjoy this and relax, boy was I wrong. It’s now 10 hours after my horrible experience and my eye still burns even more every time I blink. Oh and as for my eyelashes, they don’t look lifted or tinted at all, absolutely nothing. I could have done a better job myself
I wish this place took some responsibility and ownership of their shitty service and even worse customer service. It’s not about the money, it would have been nice to hear an apology. I’m just glad I’m not blind right now

Charged me $80 bucks for just trimming my hair straight and cutting bangs from the front and the girl said she was an expert hair stylist and we charged more cus of her being in this profession for 30 years.
