I have seen Cathy for reflexology monthly in 2024. Her gentle, effective treatment of my feet helps greatly. After each treatment the pain from my neuropathy is low and I can walk 5 kilometres with minimal discomfort. When it is approaching the time of my next appointment, I look forward to the relief it will bring with happy anticipation both because I know how much better my feet will feel and because I enjoy spending an hour with a supportive person, a true healer.
