I have been seeing Jit for many years for treatment of tightness in back and neck and for relaxation visits as well. She was an amazing massage therapist and professional and now seeing her for cupping and acupuncture she continues to deliver excellent results in helping to relieve tight muscles and overall health wellness in having positive effects after each visit. Some places just feel right, and for my family that place has been East to West Wellness for over five years. We are so grateful for the incredible care we consistently receive from Jit and Aira; they are genuinely lovely people—so kind, welcoming, and create a space where you immediately feel at ease.

We started with Thai massages and later introduced acupuncture, and each visit leaves us with a sense of incredible relief and deep relaxation. The clinic itself is lovely, clean, and has a truly peaceful and calming atmosphere.

We trust Jit and Aira completely. Plus, direct billing is a breeze, making every visit completely hassle-free. We wholeheartedly recommend East to West Wellness to anyone looking for genuine care and healing.

Jit is an amazing massage therapist and acupuncturist, I always leave feeling relaxed and like my body pains have melted away. I saw her one time when I was struggling with a horrible tension headache and afterwards it was completely gone! I get the massage with cupping and find it a perfect blend of relaxation but with deep pressure and treatment to get the problem spots - she always somehow knows exactly which areas need to be worked on. I've also had the facial acupuncture which has truly helped with my TMJ symptoms & tension headaches but with the added bonus of my skin looking and feeling amazing from the products, gua sha, and red light therapy. I won't go anywhere else!

One of the best massages I've experienced! This was my first time visiting this place, but it was inviting/welcoming, despite the COVID19 measures that need to be in place. I loved that all forms were electronic and submitted when I booked my appointment. Everything was fantastic and professional, and I enjoyed the great treatment and even some new techniques I had never experienced before by any practitioner. I just explained my goals (relieve neck/back tension from life/parenting!). I look forward to booking my next visit, and very glad I found this place!
