I’ve been visiting this place since I moved to Surrey. They do a great job! I usually get shellac done and got these extensions done with ombré for the first time and it turned out wonderful! The lady seemed very experienced. Their shellac lasts a long time too. Totally recommend!

Don’t go to this place, this are my nails literally right after. I went in to complain and they didn’t apologize or acknowledge anything and the owner kept speaking in their language and saying ya ya we”ll fix it. I told her I wanted a refund because her attitude towards me was disgusting and I didn’t feel
Comfortable sitting there any longer. She pointed at a sign that said “cash and debit only” and said “it says there no refund.” I told her I was going to fix them elsewhere and again, she didn’t even acknowledge or apologize to me she looked down and acted like I wasn’t there and she didn’t care.

I went here two days ago and asked for French tips and she said that she knew how to do it but when I told her I wanted a little white, not half white, she said if you wanted that you need to pay extra and now it’s like cracking and it’s already looking like I had it for one months and I’ve only had it for two days.

Unfortunately I overheard one of the nail techs complaining to a customer, which they should not be doing. Afterwards they were talking in their own language, as though mocking. I decided to turn on google translate, only because I noticed they do this alot in front of customers, I mean speaking in their own language without acknowledging the customer in English, and low and behold, they were saying, 'I hate working on this customer,' and the other nail tech said, 'I had bad customers why don't they learn to clean their feet better.' And 'I better get good tip for this.' And they laugh. I thought to speak up and say something but I didn't want to embarrass the other customer. Very bad experience! I give them no stars, my pedicure polish was good today but other times not so good, messy job. The nail tech doesnt do what I ask, she does want she wants to do and complains. Another time, Deena, She used a metal cheese grater on my feet which are soft and it hurts, I ask her not to use it and she slams it down in her trolley with a hiss, saying 'I have to use lots of dry skin', but my feet are soft? When I leave they always want cash with no tax, or if I pay with a debit/credit card I get charged tax. I noticed with different nail techs charge different amounts? And I asked them they say, 'no, no its ok its 60 dollar for pedicure shellac.' But I paid 52.50 before. Maybe they raise prices but next time its 55. She always ask for a tip, 'how much tip you want to pay, mam'! I felt like saying, no tip today but I know how bad economy is nowadays so I give 15% tip. The going rate.

I did pedi with a woman last time, I asked for the design I want and then she did not care about it, she just said no and she put diamonds on for me ( No asking ) because it takes faster time than my design. I saw many customers waiting for them so that's why she was rude. Anyways, why the owner did not think about all of customers's time and always accept walk-in or appoinment even though they doing right now for another one, always let customers waiting,
never think about the quality, just money. And also, pay in cash never tax included but they still do :). Why extra 2$ for credit or visa? The most terrible salon I've ever had. NEVER COME HERE.
