By far the best massage experience I have had.

Quentin helped me connect the dots so I could better understand my own recovery, he took his time and helped me get my body moving, It is far more than massage, its real recovery.

Quentin took the time to help me understand the most effective exercises and execution for me and my mess of a body.

His knowledge of how the body functions while in everyday life and high performance situations to me is the most important part.
