I had an amazing deep tissue massage today and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Gabriel was very professional and highly skilled . The pressure was exactly what I needed—firm yet comfortable. The atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming , which made it easy to unwind. Communication was also great throughout the session. I felt truly cared for and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Dynamic health is amazing everything I went in for. Kim has made a world of difference. Chronic pain, scars, muscle pulls, stress and strains. She is amazing with all her clients and is available at the drop of a hat almost. She is very friendly and approachable. Very knowledgeable. I went into see her on a challenge and I will definitely keep seeing her. The long work at physio is faster and more effective at Dynamic health.

Had my first ever acupuncture treatment with Dr. Hayley Kowalchuk on January 31, 2025 and I couldn't have hoped for a better experience. Haley is very professional and knowledgeable. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. We had a great discussion about what my health priorities are at the moment and what she will focus on with me. I'm looking forward to my acupuncture journey with Haley. PS I had the best sleep I've had in years on January 31st! Thanks Haley

Skylar was fantastic. She's not afraid to get in there and go deep. Would 100% reccomend.
Kim is awesome, different style her deep tissue is deep. It's a holy sh*t I didn't know knots could be so deep moment. Definitely go to her.
Hayley is a registered accupunturist. She knows her stuff. I come out feeling so grounded and balance after a visit with her.
