I recently visited Dream Alterations for the first time to have my daughter’s dance costume dry cleaned, and I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, the owner and her team were incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional.

The service was prompt, and the attention to detail was evident in the way they handled such a delicate and meaningful garment. When I had a concern about the final bill, the owner took the time to kindly explain everything and made sure I felt heard and understood. Her response was thoughtful and solution-oriented, which truly spoke volumes about her integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.

In a world where good service can be hard to come by, Dream Alterations stands out. Their friendliness, efficiency, and genuine care for their customers will definitely keep me coming back. Highly recommend!

What can I say about this wonderful place that hasn’t already been said.

I have been seeing Shataw for my alterations for years! She did wonders with my wedding dress and turned a dress from SHEIN into an absolute masterpiece. I even had my best friend drive all the way from Wetaskiwin, AB to do her wedding dress.
She’s amazing at what she does and she will be the one to hem and fix my clothes as long as she’s willing ❤️❤️❤️

Easiest 5 star review I’ve ever given. I will be recommending to everyone I know! These ladies saved me from a bad online order with an even worse return policy and helped me get all 4 dresses altered before I left for vacation. All dresses fit me perfectly now and have become some of my favourites. My only wish was is that I visited this place before I sent my wedding dresses elsewhere for alterations because hindsight I would have easily trusted them to do so after seeing the quality of work they provided in such a short amount of time! I also have to give a shout out for the amazing relationships that these ladies curate with all of their clients, every person that walks in is treated like an old friend or even extended family. Dream Alterations has my exclusive business now, no doubt about it!

I brought in a couch cushion cover to have the zipper repaired. I specifically asked if the zipper could be replaced, and I was told it would cost $30 plus tax to “open it all up” and replace the pin — as long as there was no damage to the teeth.

When I picked up the item, it was obvious that the repair did not match what was described. Instead of the more involved zipper fix I was quoted for, the cushion shows a very basic repeated stitch, as you can see in the attached photos. It hardly justifies a $30 charge, and I feel the work was misrepresented.

I won’t be returning to this business and cannot recommend it based on this experience.
