My boys hate getting their hair cut! Today we went into Lines for the first time and they were so friendly and awesome! Both boys sat great and were quiet, no fighting! I highly recommend coming to Lines!! We will definitely be going back!

Most of the workers here are pretty great, but yesterday Jeffery cut my hair and messed up on more then a few spots on the front. I told him that I wanted the sides faded when he did amazingly but it also felt super rushed. I also told him that I wanted the top and front, shortened down quite a bit And that's where the issue is. The front of my hair is coming down half way past my nose still and its patchy around. I called in and tried to explain this to one of the other workers there But as I was trying to explain, he kept cutting me off. I wanted to ask if getting touch ups on a haircut would be free or not but before I could ask, he hung up on me. I regret my 10 dollar tip
