Crush camp is by far the most enjoyable workout experience I have ever had. When you walk in the doors there is a mental shift, and you know you are there to work and better yourself. All of the coaches are amazing and push you to keep going and be your best self. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to put their fitness first.

The best thing about Crush Camp is from the moment you walk through their front doors you are welcomed. Whether it is your first class or your 50th class they greet you with a smile and the best attitude. Every class in both the performance lab and the blue room is created to challenge and push you beyond your comfort zones. The trainers are the perfect balance of encouragement and grit and make you work to your full capabilities. If you haven’t tried Crush Camp I highly recommend it! There is something for everyone.
