Well, I have to totally change my opinion on Concrete Blond. I had a wonderful experience with Chad, who was incredibly respectful and kind. He took the time to discuss my needs with Kelly and together they found the best solution for my hair. As mentioned before, the salon has a lovely atmosphere, but Chad’s positive attitude truly brightened my visit. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend Kelly as well—she’s such a friendly, cheerful, and beautiful person!

I’d give 5 additional stars if possible!!

I’m not entirely happy with the result. For once, I was specific about the cut and explained that I don’t get my hair done often, so I needed something that would last longer than usual. The cut, it’s okay, but it’s not as bold or dramatic as the pictures I showed her. I know I should have spoken up at the time, but I thought I’d be fine with it. That changed after washing my hair once and ending up with orange highlights. I know myself red isn’t a lasting colour, but she said the tone of red would be calmer and last. Maybe I’m not seeing it right. And this is a red tone colour. It’s just not the one that was in my hair when I left the salon. After paying $450 I would think the colour would last a little longer than just one wash, and I would not be so disappointed in spending the money. Not sure if I will be going back. I will say the environment was wonderful.

I adore this place so much. I always get treated so nice. I have had my nails done, my eyebrows microbladed, gotten piercings and my hair done more times than I can count. All services have been done extremely well and I've always left happy and feeling good.
They have many wonderful stylists there. I have always had them do my hair nicely.
However I want to give a shout out to Ali. She has been doing my blonde recently and she does it perfectly! She also takes her time to make sure everything is just perfect for me and how I like it. I appreciate her so much.
I have some clip in extensions too and she is so patient while we deal with making sure they match perfectly.
She's also just a lovely person in general!

I love seeing Danni at Concrete Blonde, and had another great experience this week for my appointment! I came to Danni a few years ago for help after a different salon gave me a bad colour. Danni clearly knew how to correct my highlights and over the next year helped me achieve my hair goals while keeping it long and healthy. She has a very clear expertise in colour and hair health. I appreciate that she was always honest on my journey from brunette to blonde and thank her for keeping me realistic in my expectations. I’ve seen so much growth in my hair over the last few years.
This week we returned me to a rich brunette and I'm obsessed!!
10/10 highly recommend!!

I've been going to concrete blonde for a few years now and I am confident when I say it's the best hair salon I've ever been to. The location is great, the atmosphere is very calming and all the staff are so accommodating and welcoming especially Bella. Every time I make an appointment with her she makes sure I have the best experience possible. Not only is she a master at what she does but she brings such positivity and kindness to the salon which is rare to find. I will continue to have my regular haircuts at this salon and I will always recommend Bella to anyone who needs a new hair stylist!

The ambience was quite nice. Good massage chairs when getting pedicures done. I'll let the pictures speak for the rest of my experience.
