First time I went I got a mani pedi and it was great overall experience I had absolutely no issues and they took their time to provide a good service. However, I went back thinking i’d get the same experience and unfortunately was very sadly mistaken. They rushed through everything didn’t do half the things they did last time in terms of a massage and foot scrub etc. seems like they were just trying to get me out of there. if I was a walk in i’d get it a little more but I booked an appt as this was my mother’s day gift. Not only did they rush through but the lady I had was very unprofessional she clipped my finger really badly I was bleeding the entire time she was doing my manicure and she wasn’t even phased or did anything about it when I said it hurt … on top of this all of my nails were crooked and misshaped. I thought this would be my new go to place but after this I don’t think i’ll ever go back …
