Sonia has been my massage therapist for the past two years, and she is absolutely phenomenal. She genuinely cares about her clients and always takes the time to ask what areas need attention to ensure her treatments are perfectly targeted. Her kindness and patience stand out, and she consistently goes above and beyond.

Sonia not only provides helpful exercises but also accommodates my schedule whenever possible. If I’m running late by 5 to 15 minutes (completely my fault) and she doesn’t have a client after me, she will still try to give me the full 60 or 90 minutes of massage time. I’ve never encountered another therapist who treats their clients with such exceptional care.

She even treats my entire family, including my 3-year-old daughter, with the same level of attentiveness. Sonia balances her pressure to suit individual needs—my husband prefers strong deep tissue massages, while I usually enjoy relaxing treatments with occasional deep tissue work, and we’re both thrilled with her skill. My daughter absolutely loves her massages, thanks to Sonia’s gentle, patient, and thoughtful approach. She goes above and beyond by warming extra blankets, bringing relaxing scents, and even adjusting the chair so I can hold my daughter during the session.

Sonia is exceptional in every way, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking an outstanding massage therapist for themselves or their entire family!

I recently discovered Martha (my new favorite massage therapist.) at Centre for Healthy Living. She is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me recover from long time neck and back issues. I have also seen Mark, the chiropractor and he is helping me with getting new orthotics. The office is bright, open and beautiful and the ladies at the reception desk are so kind and helpful. Totally recommend.

I've trusted going to Dr. Mark for alignment and sport related injuries or issues for over 12 years. I got some relief from treatments for a cuboid joint injury from soccer that was helpful. When I need a chiropractor I always make a drive no matter the distance. He is thorough, knowledgeable and cares about health.
