Before I started working with Alejandro, I had minimal experience with working out or going to the gym. He built a personalized training plan that was easy to follow even for a beginner like me, he always took the time to explain everything clearly and how it correlated to my goals of increasing strength and muscle mass

3 months later I’ve gained noticeable muscle mass, went up 12 lbs in weigth, my strength has gone way up, and I feel more confident. Every session was challenging , and Alejandro was there every step of the way pushing me and keeping me on track. If you’re just starting out and want real results, I 100% recommend working with him

Finding Alejandro has truly made a difference for me, happy I chose to train with him! It's now been a month and a half since we started working out with Alejandro and I'm already seeing results! My goal was to lose weight and get stronger, which I thought would be hard to achieve since I used to find the gym somewhat boring, but Alejandro totally got that. Little by little, with his support, motivation, and tips, I'm making workouts and healthy eating part of my routine, something that I struggled with in the past. We also just checked first progress results and seeing real changes in the measuraments is very motivating! Alejandro makes it easy to stay on track without being strict or negative; he really cares to make you feel comfortable and always finds the right way to lift you up and push you forward. We're still working on the final goal but I already feel more committed and stronger, and I'm actually starting to enjoy working out whether in his studio, at the gym, or running around the neighbourhood. Highly recommend ?
