I have been to a lot of different massage therapists for a chronically tight back and neck and Silvia was absolutely amazing. She had the perfect amount of pressure and released tension I didn’t even know I had. She is a very skilled therapist and has such a calm and nurturing energy - which is surprisingly hard to find sometimes. Her online booking was so handy and she took the time to direct me on how to access Lotus.

Highly recommend her.

Silvia is amazing! I have been to soooo many massage therapists here in Calgary & have never found the right one that does the perfect massage, until I met Silvia. She is absolutely incredible. She is thorough, deep and relaxing. I couldn't recommend her enough to everyone I meet.

I will never go to anyone else. She is incredible.

Every-time I needed a massage, Silvia’s name is the only one that pops in my head. Silvia is amazing and always knows what I need. I’ve done facials and full body massage and I’ve always left feeling completely refreshed and revived.
Silvia is also an amazing person to talk to, she is very down to earth and non judgemental.
Silvia has conducted CPR and saved many peoples lives. You can feel completely safe with her.

Silvia was amazing! She is so friendly and massaged parts of me I didnt even know needed massaging! I had a Groupon for the aromatherapy hot stone massage and oh my was it ever fantastic! Would highly recommend. Silvia was super accommodating and allowed me to move my appt around after getting stuck in the states an extra day. I struggled to find the place, it is suite 203 but its listed as sunshine yoga in case anyone gets lost easily like me. :)
