Really enjoyed my massage with Dakota I suffer from sciatica and multiple back injuries from construction I was barely able to walk / stand up straight, I've had sessions at other places and nobody has addressed my hips my first session that's pretty much all that he did before he moved to my lower back and then my massage follows will be going back. Extremely knowledgeable from what I could gather good atmosphere and great overall experience highly recommend

Alex is very friendly, knowledgeable and really helps alleviate muscle pain and tightness. At the end of sessions he will give you a few stretches/exercises to help keep your muscles loose.

Several friends highly recommended I see Alex for treatment of what I was told was plantar fasciitis(from several specialists / physiotherapist). After 1 year of foot pain I began seeing Alex. I was shocked to see improvements within a few treatments. And resolution within months … he was able to determine other issues that were causing foot pain. He is very knowledgeable at what he does. I would recommend everyone I know see him !

Alex is extremely knowledgeable and knows the exact areas and pressure needed to heal you. This will not be a “light some candles and listen to soft jazz” type of appointment but I can absolutely promise you that leaving the office you will feel like your muscles move how they’re actually supposed to.

Fantastic service. I've seen Dakota 4 times. His deep tissue leg massage is very very painful, but after 3 of them I started running again! I'll be 47 yrs old soon. Pls don't get me wrong here, his massages are a lot of pain, but they work! It's obvious even an hour after seeing him that I have way more blood flow. Fantastic! I tend to go more often because of the no tip policy too. Ty Dakota!?
