Decided to give these guys a try recently. Booked an appointment for a faded buzz cut. Kyle did a great job and was very meticulous (good) and really took his time (extra good). The customer catering was excellent and overall the experience was comfortable. The interior decor was also really well crafted (less important but still cool). Overall I was happy with the finished product and got to make a good connection with a skilled barber.

Bri!!!! Thank you so much for my beautiful new look! I was so torn what to do with my hair after a year and a half of zero maintenance. I did not know what to expect from Bristle and Brush studio, but Bri was so kind to give me confidence that she could indeed make my hair vision come true. She gave the time to talk with me about my expectations. I am definitely going back and having Bri do my hair again!!!!

Bri has been doing my hair for around a year now and it has never looked better! The colour is spot on and my hair is in the best condition it’s ever been in. Previously my hair was damaged with breakage but since going to Bri I’ve been able to grow it for the first time. Bri approaches her work with integrity, kindness, and honesty and I’d recommend her 100% to anyone looking for a skilled hairdresser who has their client’s best interests at heart. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I booked in with Jordan for a haircut after neglecting cutting it for 2 years. She did such a great job and did exactly what I asked for! The whole team working were such a fun vibe too!
10/10 would recommend and will definitely book back with Jordan in the future! :)

This place is by far the best in Sooke. The owners are so lovely and inviting, easy to chat with and make you feel at ease.

I had a Britney 2007 moment and cut my hair really short, then tried (and failed) to do blonde and red, and I ended up looking like a hot cheeto. Bri immediately helped fix the disaster on my head, turning my bright orange mess into a gorgeous balayage. The length just didn't suite me (note to self: do not cut your hair when sad), so Bri and Jordan worked hard to get extensions in so I felt like myself again. The whole experience was amazing, and I left feeling like I made some new friends. I would 10000% recommend this salon!
