I share my personal experience with osteopathic therapy that I received for my stiff ankle. After several ankle surgery, I have been struggling with limited range of motion in my ankle. I sought help from Alexandre Freire, an experienced osteopath. His expertise and techniques significantly improved my condition, allowing me to regain mobility in my ankle.

During my visit, I explained to Alexandre the issues I was facing with my ankle stiffness. It was clear that I had very little range of motion, which was affecting my daily activities. Alexandre took the time to assess my situation thoroughly, demonstrating his extensive knowledge and experience in osteopathic therapy and helped me regain mobility in my ankle. I am grateful for the improvement I have experienced. I would highly recommend his services to anyone facing similar issues with stiffness or limited range of motion.
