They are super amazing! They treat you like a princess... they even squeezed me in when they were fully booked. They didn't rush me or anything ❤! They even speak to you and make sweet conversations. They are truly professional and super kind? . So happy that I've found my new place - looking forward to my next visit!

I went to Binh’s Nails in Beaumont for a pedicure and gel nails. The pedicure was good and they applied polish nicely on my feet. The gel nails on my hands also turned out well. But I was charged $136 including GST, and I’m still confused why.

I clearly asked the technician about the price before the service, and I was told I’d be getting manicure + pedicure + gel nails. But there was no proper manicure – just moisturizing and a hot towel after the gel nails. I felt rushed and not listened to.

Overall, the nail work was so good, but the lack of transparency and poor customer service made the experience disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend unless they improve how they explain pricing and treat customers.
