I’ve been seeing Waseem every 1-2 weeks for the past two years, and he always does an outstanding job with my hair and beard. His cuts are consistently spot on, and I’ve never had so many compliments on my hair before! The customer service is fantastic—Waseem is always friendly, professional, and makes each visit a great experience. Highly recommend him!

Worst haircut thus far in Cloverdale, have visited most but not all Cloverdale/Langley shop. Young inexeperienced barbers that have minimal experience are trusted to cut new clients hair. Very rushed, uneven and minimal effort. Price is average and customer service-below average.

We came in to get my son’s haircut. My son has hair a bit longer and been growing it out for years. We normally get the same guy but it was on rotation a guy we never had before. My wife said to blend it into the back. The man that cut his hair gave him a bowl cut and butchered his hair and didn’t give us what we wanted. I was very disappointed at the stylist and the supervisor that normally cuts my son’s hair. First the man that cut had no English. And 2 the main guy should have known that longer hair has to be cut correctly as it takes over a year to grow back in. I’m super disappointed as this wasn’t the first time coming here we came many times but this shouldn’t have happened as my son didn’t want to get a cut but we forced him to get cut to clean it up. Not sure why a company would hire someone to butchered his hair and take no responsibility in this. I didn’t have to pay and did get an apology but still pissed that big boss didn’t follow up on there name of a good hair cut place. I still think the guy who cut should get fired. Seems in the last few weeks more 1 star reviews happening and probley from the same guy.

I read some pathetic reviews about the lady that works there and still went ahead. My mistake. DO NOT get your haircut from her unless you’re having a great day and want to spoil it for yourself. Pathetic attitude, zero skills and lacks professionalism in work and communication. Additionally, she just wanted to finish it quickly. Such a waste of money.

Bdw, when I went previously, I got my haircut from Gagan and he did a great job. He had good skills, understood what I communicated to him and provided for good customer experience.
