I have been training with Josh for close to a year now and my experience has been absolutely amazing. I've worked with a handful of personal trainers in the past but Josh is the best by far. His approach is tailored, specific, and flexible to what's going on for me at the moment. He listens, adjusts when it's needed, and challenges you when you need a little pep in your step. I have the Personal Training and Nutrition bundle and have been so happy with the support provided. Josh and Justine run a welcoming, clean, and well-equipped gym. 10/10 recommend.

I can't wait to keep reaching/ making new goals with Benecore!

Both Josh and Justine are very professional. After going through some long lasting medical issues and working with mainly Justine I have progressed greatly. Gained strength, muscle mass and have more stamina. They have both been very knowledgeable and most helpful and have worked out a program suited to my needs. I'm looking forward to continuing to work with them.
