I’ve been happily coming to get my hair done by Tuyet for many years now! She is incredibly kind and talented. I always look forward to my next hair appointment as she does to best job, taking great care to make sure my hair stays as healthy as possible.

Kerri is the best! I came to hear about a year ago after having just moved to the city and she sorted my hair out and the best of ways. The staff is always super friendly. The atmosphere is very professional aunt. I will be with them for as long as I live in the city

I’ve been coming to see Lisa at Bella Moda for over 15 years and she has never done me wrong!! I’ve sent multiple clients to her over the years who have asked me where I get my hair done, and everyone has always been thrilled with her services. Absolutely the best in the city and reasonably priced.

Well, this sucks. I loved this salon and my hairdresser. We worked together towards a goal for years and it’s all been burned to the ground. Pics are inspo, day of cut and then the results:

I reached out to the salon with 13 photos and an explanation. I was offered “to clean up the back”. My email stated: I do not have anymore hair to cut

The manager offered a refund. I went out of my way an hour to collect the check. He kept the tip. What?! “I didn’t realize you wanted the tip”

What? My hair has been butchered and you refund the service but assume the tip wasn’t included? No

This is a HACK JOB. I spent a ton of money to grow my hair and ended up with this. Hell no.
