Kind and super competent.

I was visiting Calgary from out of town and experienced severe back and leg pain.

I was able to book a massage and a chiropractic appointment easily online.

Bo Yu performed an excellent massage and my back and legs began to feel quite a bit better.

I came back a day later for chiropractic and Dr. Sarah Brennan was very thorough, kind, and made a huge difference for me.

She spent the time to get a good understanding of my issues and then dealt with them very effectively.

She also followed up with exercise and stretching recommendations, as well as info to share with my regular practitioners back home.

I would definitely be a repeat customer if I lived in Calgary.

I've been seeing Timothy R. for massage therapy over the past four months, and the experience has been consistently excellent. He takes the time to listen to my specific requests before each session and checks in throughout to ensure the pressure and focus areas are just right. I prefer deeper pressure, which can be hard to find, but Timothy is both skilled and consistent in delivering exactly what is needed. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dependable, high-quality massage experience.

Dr. Justin Hodinsky is great. He takes the time to listen and understand on the initial consult. He communicates really well as he is treating you. I went for sciatic pain, he made a huge difference in my pain levels in just one visit. The homework he gave me to do was not hard to do and helped a lot. Second treatment was great too, pain levels are way less in just 5 days.

I’ve been dealing with lower back pain for about six months, most likely from lifting heavy materials like concrete blocks and pails of gravel, along with other construction-related tasks. Over time, the pain kept getting worse, to the point where even simple movements like standing up after sitting for just a few minutes became difficult and painful.

During my visit, Dr. Dana Richards took the time to understand my situation by going over my background before starting any treatment. She carefully explained each step of the process, which made me feel really confident and at ease. After the session, I was genuinely amazed, my lower back felt light and pain-free for the first time in months.

Following her advice, I returned for a follow-up session a week later, and the improvement continued. Everyday movements like getting out of bed or standing up after sitting are no longer a painful struggle. I can now do so much more without discomfort.

Huge thanks to Dr. Dana Richards for her expertise, care, and the incredible results. I truly appreciate the difference she’s made in my life.
