Emma has been my hair stylist for years. She is amazing! She has always been so conscientious when doing my hair and focuses on ensuring that I am completely happy with the end product. At our wedding, she came to our venue and did an incredible job with everyone's look. She even gave us a small wedding gift which my husband and I use regularly. I highly recommend her!!!

I highly recommend coming to Emma for all your hair care. I’ve been coming to her for over 3 years with no complaints! She’s very knowledgable, trust-worthy and fairly priced. I live out of province but still choose to book with Emma when I come back into town.

I am a new customer and I am very pleased with Emma’s work. I have been looking for a hairdresser who knows how to cut and style curly/wavy hair well. She listened to my concerns and addressed them. She also took time to show me how to style my hair with products. She is a professional at her work!

I originally booked with Emma after reading many positive reviews. However, after paying the deposit of $52.50 and completing my haircut and hair color, I was disappointed with the results. While the haircut was satisfactory, the coloring left a lot to be desired. As shown in the attached photos, some grey roots were left untouched, and the highlights were uneven, creating a patchy, multicolored effect that didn’t look as expected.

When I raised these issues with Emma, she insisted this was what I had paid for, which cost a total of $228.90. To fix the remaining grey, I had to visit another stylist two days after and pay an additional $105. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this salon to new customers.
