My experience at the Banff Wellness Retreat was truly transformative. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, supported, and cared for in every possible way. The stunning natural beauty of Banff provided the perfect backdrop for deep relaxation and personal growth.

I attended the April 2025 session with my mom & MIL. It was all of our first times attending. It was also our first time at a weekend long retreat. From the beginning of the booking process, we had so much support from Amanda the coordinator. Everything was clearly communicated for what to bring, what to expect, etc.
At the location there was lots of parking, clear signage and the event staff was some of the sweetest people we have met. Amanda and her son Mason really care about your experience and will do anything they can to ensure you are happy and well taken care of.
You can create your own schedule choosing from a wide variety of options in a Body focused room or Mind focused room. The plethora of options made the experience so exciting and I cant wait to come back. If you were considering attending.. trust me you won’t regret it. I am full of gratitude for the experience. Thank you Banff Wellness Retreat ? ?️ ?☯️

This was my first wellness retreat experience, and it did not disappoint. The entire weekend felt like a 2 week vacation - lots of relaxation, learning, meeting new people, and lots of self care. The retreat & hotel staff were very accommodating - they provided a safe environment and were very helpful. The food was delicious, and being in the mountains was the cherry on top of a perfect get away. I will definitely be back next year ♡♡♡

The classes, the atmosphere, the incredible hardworking staff were wonderful! It was a very meaningful weekend for me. Amanda was amazing, addressing everyone’s needs. It’s been a great weekend and I’d definitely come back. Our accommodations at the Banff Mountain Resort were very nice. Thank you to all who put this weekend together.
