Huge shout out to Gail at the salon!!! She colored my hair exactly the way I wanted it and the cut was on point.
If you are wanting a new do, I highly recommend her. Great at blondes!!

Candice is a colour genius, and clearly understands and can execute your vision while still maintaining (and improving!) the health of your hair. I've wanted to go back to my natural colour forever and only trusted Candice to do it. She took me from ratty brassy blonde to shiny glossy brunette and I am in LOVE. The process was explained to me without being too technical so I knew exactly what I was getting and we had the same expectations. The salons atmosphere is also amazing and you can tell all of the girls really have a passion for what they do. Jealous of anyone who lives near enough to make this their regular salon :D

Went in today to get my hair cut and this was the first time I have been at the salon. Was with a master stylist and this was a last minute booking.

I requested as little off the ends as possible and to add more layers to make up for any of the damage that might be there. They said that my hair was not that bad damage wise for the length of hair and that they could definitely do that. I had explained that my hair length was super important to keep. Stylist was nice and showed me at first about less then an inch she was talking of the ends to which I agreed was okay. She then was taking off larger portions for layers which I saw but was also okay with. At some point however the rest of my hair length was gone. I did not realize that what I thought were layers was the actual length of my hair being cut off. When we were done I was in shock and had to leave before any styling was done as I had felt sick realizing how much was gone and didnt want to cause a scene. The stylist had said and insisted after she had only cut off less than an inch on the very bottom and that I had confirmed it, which made me second guess myself. I went home and found the last photo that was taken after my previous hair cut 6 months ago (where I also had asked for the same thing at a different salon) and put on the same shirt for reference about how much was taken off. My hair walking into this salon was even longer then in the before photo. Before I had my hair cut today it was just slightly passed my butt and now it does not even reach it at the top. I was very devastated as I had put a lot of work into keeping and maintaining my length and now it is all gone.

The stylist was nice and the haircut looks good though you may not be able to tell in my after photo because of the lighting but ultimately nothing can make up for the length I lost. This will take close to 2 years at least to regrow.
