I researched on google for a devacut and was able to find Merissa's salon. From my first contact she was very quick on replying on instagram. She has a lovely salon super well equipped with the best in products. She took the time to evaluate the current state of my hair and everything I was looking for. I got highlights that did not damage my curls and an excellent cut. It turned out exactly as what I was looking for. Loved it!

Had my first appointment with Merissa this week. She took the time in the appointment to do a thorough assessment of my hair, hear some of my concerns and make some suggestions for a style that would align with my needs and lifestyle. She took her time and did a great job. Her in home salon is lovely. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new stylist.

I recently visited awaken hair studio and wanted to share my experience.
The atmosphere of the salon was welcoming, relaxing, professional. Merissa was friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave me great advice on what would suit my hair type. The result was exactly what I hoped for – I love my cut.
Overall, I’m very happy with my visit to the Salon, I would definitely recommend it to others and will be returning for my next haircut!
