A very dear friend of mine recommended Nelia to me at Avenue Hair back in early 2000's (a quarter of century ago). Back then, I was too young to realize what a gem I was introduced to. After some time soul searching and various life events, I came back to see Nelia again in 2015 and never looked for another hairstylist again. My tired and damaged hair got some true TLC from Nelia and I've never had my hair feel, and look healthier, and more beautiful for as long as I remember. I get compliments on regular basis and requests for the name of my hairstylist. I just keep telling Nelia, every time I see her, that she can never leave. Avenue Hair is not just a Hair Salon - it's a lifestyle. The staff are all courteous and their customer service is top notch. John's love for esthetics shines through his styling decor and ambiance of the whole place. It's such a great place to visit and be in - it's a real treat and joy! I have been going to Nelia for 32 years! She is an outstanding hairstylist and takes the time to hear what you are wanting! She is personable, kind and honest when going through what your wanting from the appointment! Always going above and beyond to make sure you leave feeling like a millions dollars!

John and the rest of the team are always so welcoming, you won’t be disappointed!!

Avenue Hair is well kept and clean, it’s the only place I go for all my hair needs!!

John Ashleigh is the best hair colour expert in the city. He's an excellent stylist. My husband says it's the first time he's ever received a real hair cut. The staff at Avenue Hair always greet you warmly and offer you a beverage. They're consistently attentive, professional, and quite nice. It's a busy place where it's always fun to get your hair done!

Everyone at Avenue Hair was friendly and welcoming. Carli cut and dyed my hair and did an amazing job! I’m absolutely in love with my new look. I would recommend anyone who’s looking for a new do to go to Avenue Hair. They’re all amazing!
