Beth did an INCREDIBLE job at adding layers to my hair! Beth and Josh worked together to give me an amazing haircut. I have long hair and get anxious that a stylist will cut too much off but they listened to me and did exactly what I wanted! They were both so welcoming and accommodating. I highly recommend!

Best hair salon experience I’ve had in a while! Beth is so kind and genuine. They really listened to me, gave me great advice on how to style my hair and communicated clearly and authentically. The vibe of the salon is fun and laidback which I appreciate a lot. Most I’ve ever laughed during a haircut, thank you!

The biggest compliment I can give this place is that it is very REAL. Josh and his partner Jess are very down to earth and approachable. I moved here from a salon downtown that I had been begrudgingly going to for years even though they never seemed to get a simple pixie cut right. Josh is a great hairdresser and is great person to talk to while he's working. He's delivered on what I've asked for each time I've been in and that sense of dread of being upsold or made to feel like you don't belong because you're not there for an ombre balayage updo or whatever tf is mercifully absent. Great music, great vibes, great space, great convo. So glad I made the move!

I went to amplify for the first time on Saturday, and I had a great experience. Both Josh and Jessica were very nice and welcoming. I asked for highlights and Jessica did my hair, she did great her work was amazing, she listened to me and did exactly what I wanted. I went to them again to do more things to my hair on Wednesday ( I wanted more highlights ) and once again they were so incredibly nice, and once again Jessica nailed it! The products they use are so safe, I have a sensitive scalp and usually it burns when I dye it or do anything to it but with the products they have my scalp was completely fine and didn’t even get itchy or anything. I usually don’t write reviews but my experience was just so amazing I can’t not write about it lol. I highly recommend going there ??
