We met Devin and Kalyn a year ago and did the introductory session at Amped. I have never been a gym person due to bad experiences however this is not the case at Amped. Everyone there is caring thoughtful fun and knowledgeable. I love to go every week for the EMS training. First time you go a bit weird but Kalyn knows just what you need and how to progress thru the training. They are not just our trainers as my
Husband and I go once a week faithfully. They have become family. Once you start to see results you are so hooked. Go here you will not be disappointed. You are included in every decision and process. It’s awesome

I’ve been going to Amped for close to a year now and can’t say enough good things about Ashley Camponi & the Amped team. I had a serious leg & knee injury that required surgery. Physio was helping somewhat with recovery, but doing Amped workouts with Ashley has been a game changer. I’m convinced that not having done these sessions, I would not be this far along in the process. She has been so motivating and creative with my workouts to correct muscle atrophy & imbalances. Now we are moving beyond that and towards my other goals of being in the best shape of my life and feeling great! Thank you so much Amped!

I came in a few years ago with the goal of adding muscle mass and am proud to say I'm the strongest I've ever been, despite being in my 40s. We've also identified and worked through some shoulder, hand and forearm issues that are now behind me and have left me feeli.ore mobile and limber than I was prior. I feel as spry and athletic as ever.

Can't recommend enough if you're serious about changing your body.

I’ve been working out with Kalyn at Amped for close to 6 years. The workouts are fun, never boring, and only occasionally invoke a sense of dread.

Not that Bulgarian leg splits using a bosu for support whilst all my muscles are being electrocuted is dreadful, don’t get me wrong! I love it! ?⚡️
