I had a bad knee injury after an accident and went to Alta Physiotherapy for treatment. From the moment I walked in, everything was seamless—friendly front desk staff, quick check-in, and a comfortable atmosphere.

Sarah Park was my physiotherapist and she was incredible. She took the time to really understand what was going on with my knee, explained everything clearly, and gave me a treatment plan that made a huge difference. The attention to detail and care she put into every session made me feel confident I was in the right hands.

I can’t thank the team at Alta Physio enough. Highly recommend if you’re looking for professional, attentive care from start to finish.

I was referred to Alta by a coworker, and I quickly realized how amazing the team there truly is. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by a friendly, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable staff. Jeannine has done a fantastic job creating a unique, inviting space that makes each visit special. I can't say enough good things about Eryn and Thea — their expertise is unmatched, and the techniques and treatments they provide are both effective and transformative. I’ve been having such a great experience at Alta Physio. Starting from the place itself - the aesthetic, the vibes, and the atmosphere are so cozy and welcoming. Every staff member I’ve interacted with has been so pleasant. I have been seeing Thea for physiotherapy as she is helping me out with some neck issues, and she is just the best ! Just this past week I told her she was my hero and I meant it lol. Definitely recommend this place and Thea in particular, you will not be disappointed :)

Sarah was incredible! This was by far my best physio experience I have ever been to. Sarah made me feel very comfortable and did an incredibly thorough assessment/diagnosis. We finished our session with after care plan that included a number of exercises and example videos. I am beyond impressed and confident that my injury is in good hands!! Thanks so much Sarah!
