Updated review - 1+ years into going to this location: I still absolutely adore coming here, and routinely book with Rimpy, who’s incredibly talented and constantly perfects the nail inspiration I bring to her. All the girls working here are incredibly sweet and kind, and go above and beyond to get to know their regular customers.

Love going to this salon! Every experience I've had has been excellent and all of the girls working there are so lovely and so incredibly talented! Services are very well priced. Love that you can book online, although they're just as accommodating to walk-in visits as well.

Not reputable work. Anyone who gets their nails done regularly will know a gel x set should last at a minimum of 4 weeks (I had my last set 6 weeks with no lifting or issues of any kind) and the nails should not crack down the middle or majorly lift. It’s very clear that they’re using cheap extensions and did not prep the nail bed properly before application. I don’t work with my hands and am very careful with my nail maintenance. If I have to pay to have two nails repaired (which is a service any reputable salon will offer free of charge when the defect is clearly the fault of the salon) I’d rather pay a new salon to replace the entire crappy set than waste any more money on a place that doesn’t provide a reliable service.

I got my nails done here and the customer service is terrible. My nails several days later started to bubble and soften. One layer of my nails started to lift up and peel back and the layer underneath was so soft like it wasn’t harden properly. I phoned the manager to discuss with him what has happened. He started to argue back and forth with me and then hung up on me while I was still talking. I will never be back to this location again!
