This was my second time going to Adora for a gel manicure, and unfortunately, both times my nails started chipping within a week. I suspect this may be due to how rushed the service feels. Each manicure only takes about ten minutes, which seems too quick for a lasting gel application. Additionally, when staff are asked who’s available to do a service, the staff often look at each other hesitantly, which creates an uncomfortable atmosphere, as if no one really wants to take on the service. I had hoped for a more welcoming experience and longer-lasting results.

Hello I went there for a pedicure with my daughter like I always do and I have seen a lady go there to get her nails done before through the year. I was appalled at how she was treated. First off she was. Physically disabled and the lady in front over charged her and admitted she did when she got caught. Did not apologize all she kept on doing was trying to justify why she over charged without her knowledge. When the lady asked why did u do that without my knowledge she replied because your nails are long. I was shocked how many other people has this lady over charged? Ever since the pregnant lady is gone this place is complaint after complaint. The girl stated she with never come back she tried charging her an extra $30. This was handled very poorly by the front desk woman. We will not go back either horrible I felt so sad for the girl :(

If I could leave less than one star I would. Terrible service, place was empty and the lady who helped me clearly was not impressed with having me come in. Not only did she rush and give me the fastest pedicure I've ever had, she also did not do my feet properly, my feet are just as rough and need to be filed (which i am doing as I write this review) she messed up my gel polish, didn't even push my cuticles back on my toes, and spent her time using a finger nail file to get the polish off the top of my foot!! I WILL NOT return ever!! I left slipping and sliding in my sandles and oil all over my legs, which has ruined my leggings, i had to sit on the edge of the tub and wash the oil off as her tapping a hot towel on my legs did not remove the excessive oil, and if i stand in the shower i will slip, she never wiped the bottom of my feet!! Save your time and go to a place that engages and pampers you when you get nails done. Adora does not, they treat you like a inconvenience and rush you as fast as they can. Zero stars.
