The reception is friendly and so is the environment, it's $40 for a fill.
My nails were long due for a refill and I had also few nails broken off, they ONLY charged me $40 regardless, which i was positively suprised by.

I used to be a regular customer at a different place, but due to the far distance and partially dissatisfication, I switched to A1. I was very hesitant because of all the negative reviews, give them a try before you missjudge by the reviews.

They are short staffed and always in a haste to finish up services. I went for nail removal and this man just wanted to be uprooting the nails from my fingers instead of soaking. I insisted on soaking which he ended up doing and afterwards he scraped my thumb nails to get the leftover bits off. He scraped it so deep and badly because it’s almost 2 months now and my nail is never back to smooth again. The scraping site is still sitting there so obvious. I am upset and that’s why i had to come back and give my review.

I got my nail done from A1 nails pampers (acrylic nails) on Friday 18 Oct 2024 ,the image attached , can anybody say these are done just 4 days back ...,. pathetic service, the girl who is working over there didn't prep nails before starting it -no cuticles removed
No nails cut , the way she was doing nails oh my god .... Never ever visit here. I wasted $78 seriously people .. worst service ever. Very disappointed .....

I am quite disappointed with the services that I just received about 20 minutes ago. The professionalism was not there at all the way they used to remove my nails, was practically the wrong way to do it, and I expressed my concerns, but the person who did my service just shut me down by telling me I was wrong and she was right and I do understand. Maybe I am not quite, the professional in providing the services but I’ve had the services done to me more than twice in different places and the way they went about it was quite different when I was receiving my services I expressed my concerns more than once that the person was hurting my nails and I gave them an alternative on how other places did my services this person continue to shut me down even after I expressed that they were hurting my fingers And at the same time, I also expressed that she was going to break my nails, because of the unprofessional way they were using to remove the nail, right now I am bleeding practically in one of my fingers, because again of the unprofessionalism of providing the service the amount of money I paid may have significantly not been too high, but at the expense of me bleeding is not quite right . I would like to suggest for the employees Get professional training, and maybe even a professional certificate to share that they are up for the job and to at least listen to Paying customers regarding the concerns, because if you caused the bleeding today on my fingers, I wonder how many other people you may hurt in the future or you have hurt in the past that did not make any formal complaints. In total, I received the most horrible service that I’ve ever received ever the worst customer service I have experienced, considering no one apologized for the amount of pain. I experienced and yet again I had to pay.
