Love love love everything about this place! Beginning with Lisa at the front, she is outstanding to deal with to say the least, an absolute pleasure each and every time I see her. Dr Sullivan is so incredibly knowledgeable & professional, she is truly remarkable in this industry. Her newly developed Nuakiri product line has quickly become my go to & is truly an amazing quality line. I have dealt with a few different staff over the years for different treatments , I have always been treated very well, and felt the staff to all be very professional. In recent months I have been seeing Ashley and I can honestly say from first hand experience she is pure gold! She loves what she does, is very good at it, and it shows! Thank you Willow Medical for providing such a welcoming, friendly, & professional environment for us all to enjoy ??

I had a horrible experience at the lady. I went to see before doctor Sullivan. My lips were uneven. I had bad Botox that made my face look like I had a stroke and within one session, Dr. Sullivan said that we wouldn’t get to where we wanted to be, but she exceeded my expectations and made my face even made my lips Look incredible. My lip was sagging down on one side on the bottom, half and the top lips were deflated on both ends, It was so bad it literally looked like I had a stroke I also got a chin disport and lit flip I’m beyond happy and I highly recommend Dr. Sullivan to anybody looking to get any aesthetics done Can’t wait to go back for my next appointment and so happy I found somebody on Vancouver Island who actually knows what they’re doing and exceeds expectations. I haven’t seen my face look at this good and my lips look this even in four years! Super blown away by her knowledge, her professionalism and her kind nature And above all else her talent to adjust fix and complete a mission because let me tell you one thing my face was definitely a mission and a half super happy!
