I had a wonderful experience with Emilee. We had a good conversation about changes to my hair cut. This was my first visit and I appreciated the time she spent discussing a strategy to continue growing our a pixie cut. She also gave me great information on products and showed me styling options.
I am definitely going back to this lovely salon.

I was in the market for a new hairdresser and a couple friends had recommended Samantha James Hair Design. I booked with Emilee just because I needed something on a Saturday, but I will absolutely be rebooking with her in the future. I had a wonderful experience! She was friendly and easy to talk to, made me feel welcomed and like I was a regular. I hadn’t had a haircut in over two years and she brought my vision to life. Salon is also very clean and well designed. I’m already looking forward to my next visit! :)

I was very impressed at my first appointment with Samantha James Hair Design. The overall atmosphere of the salon is very welcoming, and the complimentary inclusions in the appointments make for a very comfortable experience.
Emilee is a great hairdresser. She was very informative while she was cutting and styling my hair, so friendly and very talented! I am obsessed with the way my hair turned out, and how soft and healthy it now feels. I will be recommending this salon to all of my family and friends :)

I was at this salon recently to get my hair blonder (booked a blonding+ session for 3.5 hours) I left with the bottom of my hair white and the top of my hair brassy (which is definitely not what I asked for). The root coverage wasn’t what I asked for, the cut wasn’t up to par. Unfortunately when I called to ask them to fix it (leaving a message), nobody had the courtesy to call me back. I will not be going back there and certainly wouldn’t recommend to anyone else.
